REACH of Haywood County provides services and information to people affected by domestic violence and sexual assault, and to the wider community. The content on this site is offered for general information and to connect people with help. It does not replace advice from a trained advocate, attorney, counselor, or medical professional.
Using this website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that could harm the site, interfere with another person’s use of it, or attempt to gain access to areas of the site that are not open to the public.
You agree not to post, send, or transmit anything through this site that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or harmful to others.
Donations
This site accepts donations through a third-party platform called Givebutter. When you make a donation, your payment is processed by Givebutter and its payment partners, not by REACH directly. Your use of the donation feature is also subject to Givebutter’s own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on the Givebutter website.
Donations to REACH of Haywood County support our programs and services. Unless we state otherwise in writing, donations are not refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
REACH of Haywood County is a tax-exempt organization. A receipt for your donation will be provided through the donation platform. Please keep that receipt for your records.
Payments and purchases
If this site offers any paid item, event registration, or service, the price and any related terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
