Dr. Wendy Hines is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration and academics. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Leadership and has dedicated her career to advancing student success, workforce development, and developing community partnerships. Dr. Hines brings extensive experience in strategic planning, program development, accreditation, and faculty mentorship. She joined the REACH board to strengthen community partnerships, expand access to critical services, and ensure sustainable resources to meet growing needs.
